Ullal: It was a lucky escape for the car driver, after a KSRTC bus plying towards Mangluru rammed into his vehicle here on Monday December 21

Azeem(23) from Uppala is the car driver.

The KSRTC bus heading towards Mangaluru from Kasargod rammed into the car when trying to avoid a parked lorry near the checkpost on NH 66.

As a result the car was completely damaged, but the driver luckily escaped unhurt. The passengers on the bus too escaped with minor injuries.

Locals gathered in large numbers at the accident spot. Meanwhile, a drunken man misbehaved with the police and was arrested. He was then subjected to medical test.
