Know you Kidney on World Kidney Day

Mangaluru: World Kidney Day, observed on March 12, aims to create awareness on the importance of our kidneys to our overall health and to reduce the frequency and impact of kidney diseases as it is associated to health problems.  Kidney diseases are silent killers, which largely affect ones quality of life. 

A J Hospital & Research Centre, in its endeavor to create awareness among the general public regarding kidney diseases, is conducting a camp at the Hospital from 16–21 March, 2015 between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00p.m, so that people understand the effects and preventions of kidney related issues.

Camp participants will be offered Registration and Consultation FREE.  Ultrasound, Routine urine analysis and Serum Creatinine will be offered at a concessional price of Rs.500/- per person.   Further treatment for Kidney related problems, Kidney transplant, etc., will be done at a concessional price.
