Kasargod: The much-awaited Kerala Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) results were announced on May 3.
The pass percentage has increased this year by 2 percent to 97.84 percent in the state. Out of the 4,41,103 students who appeared for the exam, a total of 4,31,162 students have passed. As many as 34,313 students have bagged A+ grade.
Kasargod district has also fared well with a pass percentage of 95.36. Last year it was 92.36 percent. In all, 426 students have bagged A+ in the district and 26 schools have bagged 100 percent result, compared to last year’s 17.
Earnakulam district registered highest pass percentage of 99.12 this year, while Wayanad the lowest at 93.87.
