Mangalore: The correspondent of Vijaya Karnataka Mr. Arif Padubidri to be honoured with the prestigious “Pa Go Award” by Dakshina Kannada District Working Journalists Assocition. He has earned this award for his report “Napkin Ghatakada Yashogathe” which was published in Vijaya Karantaka on June 12th, 2012. Arif will be presented with the award on June 1st at 10.45 a.m. at “Patrika Bhavan” hall in Mangalore. The award will be presented to him by the well known senior journalist Chidambar Baikampady.
The award comprises of Certificate and Memento. He will also receive a cash prize of Rs.5001 which has been sponsored by Dhamrsthala Dharmadhikari Dr. D Veerendra Heggade;informed Association General Secretary Srinivas Nayak.
