Mangaluru: Jeevan Saldhana was unanimously elected the new president of Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), Mangaluru on Friday, September 16.

The president, office-bearers and directors of the board for the year 2016-17 were elected at the 76th annual general meeting of KCCI Mangaluru at the registered office of the chamber.

While Jeevan Saldhana was elected as the new present, Vathika Pai and M Ganesh Bhat were elected as the vice-president and treasurer respectively. Praveen Kumar Kalbavi and P B Abdul Hameed were elected as secretaries.

Nitte Yathiraj Shetty, Prashanth C G, Ananth G Pai, Gaurav Hegde, Nissar Fakeer Mohammed, Ananthesh V Prabhu, B A Nazeer, Isaac Vas, Amith Ramachandra Acharya, Vishal L Salian and Shashidhar Pai Maroor were elected as the directors of the board.
