JD(S) leader blames Congress on price rise and scams

The JD(S) candidate for Udupi-Chikmagalur Lok Sabha constituency Dhananjay Kumar said that we need a better representative to solve the problems of state in the parliament.

Addressing the press here, he added that BJP campaign mainly concentrating on prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi and has to say nothing about the local candidate or the issues concerning their constituencies. 

Regarding Congress, he alleged the issue of constant price rice in the country from the past few years as well as the the scams and scandals in the center. The JD(S), is the only party always focus on the problems of the state, he stressed.

Dhananjay Kumar, further said that if he would be elected, he would raise the problems of areca nut and coconut farmers, also coffee growers. Moreover, JD(S) will do  all the needful to sort the scarcity of drinking water in the district. He also assured of implementing Gorakh Singh Committee Report on providing assistance to arecanut farmers, within 60 days of his elected government.

BJP and Congress will not cross more than 10 seats each in state and the remaining seats will be in favor of JD(S).

Retorting to a query, Dhananjay Kumar said that both the national parties are into money power to purchase votes.

He demanded an inquiry if the submitted affidavit to EC is wrong, he was referring to the corruption charges made by RTI activist Nagalaxmibai against Shobha Karandlaje.
