Mangalore : Congress candidate JR Lobo has registered a win over BJPs four time MLA Yogish Bhat in Mangalore South. The win  by the Congress in this prestigious constituency has been a great morale booster for the Congress while a  definite setback for the BJP whose candidate was hoping for a fifth time win this time.JR Lobo defeated Yogish Bhat by a margin of 11610 votes.
