Newskarnataka – Bantwal

Bantwal : The BJP cannot create a Congress-free India even if it is born a hundred times. The Congress which has  made invaluable contributions is inevitable to the nation,” said State Forest Minister B Ramanatha Rai.

He was speaking to reporters at the Party’s Election Office at BC Road on Saturday April 12. The several Congress governments which ruled the nation have  helped the  poor in one way or the other and helped them to join the mainstream society. “Modi is restricted merely to Gujarat,” he said adding his election campaigning will make no difference.

“Karnataka had seen rapid strides in development during the SM Krishna regime but rose to the spot of No. 1 state in corruption during the BJP rule,” Rai made a mockery of the BJP.

The BJP government only promised rice at Rs 2 per kg but did not implement it, while the Congress government as promised has offered rice at Rs 1 per kg to the poor, Rai  said.

He called upon the people of Bantwal to cast their valuable vote in favour of  Janardhana Poojari  in order to ensure overall development of the constituency and the district.

Party leaders BH Khader, Chandraprakash Shetty, Mayilappa Salian, Piyus Rodrigues, Sanjeev Poojari, Parameshwar and others were present.
