Indiana hospital inaugurates ‘4th Estate Card’ to provide health facilities

Mangalore : On the occasion of World Health Day, an initiative of Indiana Hospital inaugurated the “Indiana 4th Estate Card” at Press Club on Monday, April 7.

The welcome speech was delivered by Harish Rai, President of DK Working Journalist association, after which Dr Ali Kumble, the Chairman of Indiana Hospital and Heart Institute inaugurated the “Indiana 4th Estate Card”.

In his address Kumble said, “It gives me immense pleasure to take ahead this initiative, wherein we have been striving to provide better health services to the people; such a programme is specially designed for the commitment towards the 4th Estate.

The programme is dedicated to the Media fraternity of DK and Udupi district in collaboration with the DK working journalist association.

The package is set to provide a medical test for the journalist and one of their family members, which will be valid for three months. In future several more benefits will be added to the card for the member, they stated.
