Kasargod: Manjeshwar revenue officials seized illegally stored lorryloads of river sand on Wednesday, November 25.
The illegal sand was stored on  privately owned land belonging to a person from Kedambady in Manjeshwar.

The cost of the seized sand is estimated around Rs 30 lakhs. It is learnt that the sand was transported from Karnataka.
