Mangalore : A student appearing for the Second PUC exams was debarred for copying on March 22, Saturday.
The student was caught by the vigilance squad which was on a visit to the exam centre at St Ann’s Pre-University College. He was answering the statistics paper.
The examination is being held in 49 centres across the district. On Saturday, of the 5675 students, 5647 had appeared for the statistics exams while 28 had abstained. Similarly of the total 14612 history students, 14196 had appeared while the rest had abstained.
