Kasargod: The Manjeshwar police nabbed two persons including a teenager responsible for looting passengers on National Highway on January 12.

Mohsin (21), a resident of Bejjangala and a teenager aged 17 were arrested in connection with the case.

They had waylaid a car driver named Hakim from Palakkad en route to Ullal on the national highway near Hosangadi few days ago.

The duo came in a scooter and took away the cash and valuables, when Hakim had parked the car on the roadside to rest for a while.

Manjeshwar police had registered a case in connection with the incident.
