Kasaragod: Top security is ensured as Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit the city today to campaign for the forthcoming state elections.

The Prime Minister will address the party workers at the Municipal Stadium, Vidyanagar at 10.30 am.

Security officials will check the place where Modi’s helicopter would be landing and even other places. The high security team will comprise of forces from both Kerala as well as Karnataka.

BJP leaders are planning a grand welcome for Modi as this would be his first visit after becoming the Prime Minister almost two years back.
