Bantwal: Due to heavy rains a coconut tree fell on a house causing huge loss, here on July 25.

The house belongs to one Gangadhara Poojary a resident of Barla in Arala village in Bantwal.

The tiles, cement sheet were broken due to tree fall. A loss of Rs 50,000 has been estimated due to the incident.

The profound rains lashed Bantwal area causing enormous loss for the farmers as well. The normalcy  in the life has been distributed since the rains.
