Bengaluru: The Special Investigation Team has nabbed another suspect in connection with the killing of journalist-activist Gauri Lankesh.

The SIT Karnataka investigating officers probing Lankesh’s killing said they had nabbed 50-year-old Mohan Nayak from Sullia.

He was produced before the 3rd Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate’s court on July 18, which remanded him to SIT custody for 6 days for further interrogation.

With this the number of suspects arrested in the sensational murder case has risen to eight.
