Mangalore: Dalit organisations protested against the misuse of funds reserved for dalits and also urged to implement programmes to develop the community here on August 25 at MCC.

The fund reserved for the dalits is not spent properly. The money should not be wasted, they said.

Everywhere dalits are neglected and exploited so the government needs to look into this matter. They also sought equal rights like others in the society.
