Mangaluru: In a tragic incident, four youths hailing from Hassan got drowned at Someshwar beach in Uchila here on February 14.

The deceased are identified as Mohammad Hanif(24), Mohammad Suhed(23), Imran Pasha(24) and Shahid Kaleem(25).

It is learnt that a group of six youths from Hassan ventured into the sea during high tide and was washed away. However, two others Shahil and Sadik have been rescued.
