Foundation laid for Atlantis Apts Complex of Citys Premier Builder Land Trades

Mangalore: Karnataka Bank chief executive officer P Jayaram Bhat laid the foundation for Atlantis apartment complex at Bendorewell, which was promoted by citys premier builder – Land Trades, here on Wednesday April 24.

 
Jayaram Bhat in his presidential address said that Land Trades managing director Srinat Hebbar has played key role in enhancing the beauty of the city.  It has bagged star awards for quality by CRISIL, said Bhat.  He also conveyed success in their future endeavours.

 Swami Nityanand of Chikmagalur blessed the plot on the occasion.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bendore parish priest Fr Stany Antony Serrao, Corporation Bank deputy general manager M Rasheed, Sri Devi Education Institutions chairman A Sadanand Shetty, Bendore ward corporator Naveen DSouza, CREDAI secretary Pushparaj Jain and others were present at the dais.

 

Atlantis apartment complex will be a 14 storey building with 40 ultra luxurious apartments.  It will have 3BHK apartment of 2,955 square feet and 3,030 square feet, 5BHK apartment of 5,400 square feet.  Each apartment will have home theater, bar counter and study room.
