Mangaluru: The Father Muller Medical College Hospital (FMMCH) is providing annual health check-ups at a discounted price on the occasion of Christmas from December 15, 2019, to January 15, 2020. 

The charges of all the health check-up programs are provided with 20% off from health care schemes.

Here are the details

*Child health check-up- for all children- Rs1000/-

*Adolescent health check-up- for 15-19 years SSLC and PU students-Rs1750/-

*Comprehensive health check-up- for all men and women above 30 years– Rs3500/-

*Senior citizens check-up-for all men and women above 65 years- Rs2000/-

*Women health check-up for women of all ages- Rs2750/-

*Complete heart check-up for individuals suffering from heart ailments-Rs3750/-

*Executive health check-up for all executives and persons holding a job with a lot of stress and pain-Rs5000/-

Father Muller Health Card is also provided for individuals and families only for Rs100 with a validity of one year.

Preparation for health check-up

1. Overnight fasting required.

2. Report to the reception counter near MRD between 7.30 am and 8.00 am in the empty stomach only water can be taken.

3. Avoid wearing tight, normal clothes and shoes.

4. Avoid smoking and consuming alcohol for a minimum of 12 hours before the check-up.

5. Based on standard test package opinion and will be given from the standard physician.

6. Any further consultation or tests will not be part of the package. Hence will be charged extra.

7. The availability of reports in such instances will depend on the nature of tests.
