Mangalore: The flying squad has yet again seized Rs. 2.90 lakhs at Talapady check post on Friday April 4.

It is learnt that the huge sum was being transported in a car without any valid documents. The car was plying towards Mangalore from Kasargod.

The ARO Dr R Prashanth has confirmed the incident and stated that the money has been handed over to the income tax department.
