Bantwal: A shop at Kalladka town was gutted in a fire mishap during the wee hours of Friday June 20. A short circuit is suspected to be the cause of the fire which broke out at around 3 pm.

The shop namedT.F.Store belonged to Abdul Hameed of Manchi Suribailu and the loss has been estimated at Rs 10 lakhs.  The fire was first noticed by a few locals who tried to extinguish it but in vain.

A case has been registered in Bantwal town police station.
