Mangaluru: A massive fire broke out in Kudroli branch of Karnataka branch on Tuesday night. Sources claim that short circuit may have sparked the fire that caused loss to property estimated around Rs four lakhs, Several files, computers, furniture etc have been reduced to ashes. However, the fire did not reach the locker area of the bank.

No casualties have been reported as the bank branch shut closed down for the day.

A case has been registered.
