Mangaluru: The fifth season of Coastalwood Premier League organised by Coastalwood Actors and Technicians Associations (CATCA) will be held from March 17 to 21 at Nehru Maidan Mangaluru from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The tournament was not held last year due the pandemic lockdown.

The jersey and trophy launch of the event will take place on March 16 at 6:30 p.m in the presence of all Tulu film actors.

As many as eight teams are participating in the tournament, which will be represented by Sandeep Shetty, Pradeep Shetty, Sandeep Bhakta, Uday Poojary, Roopesh Shetty, Anoop Sagar and Arjun Kapikad.

Venkatesh, MD of Sun premier oil, Jayadevappa, Marketing manager of Nandini, Mangaluru, Shashikumar, Police commissioner Mangaluru, Premanand Shetty, MCC mayor, Capt. Brijesh Chowta, Former mayor Diwaker Pandeshwar and Lukman, President of Youth congress are expected to participate in the event.

The finale match will be held on March 21.
