Bajpe : A case has been registered against a father who raped his own daughter here at Bajpe.
The accused has been identified as Chandrashekar (47) resident of Karambaru at Bajpe.

Reports say that his first wife died few years ago. He has a 17 year old daughter. He was living along with his wife’s sister and daughter.

He is accused of raping his daughter for several months. The locals had complained to the Childline. As per their complaint Childline officers raided the house and accused has been taken into custody by the Bajpe police.

Daughter has been admitted to private hospital for medical test. The accused is likely to be produced in the court on Saturday June 28.

Bajpe police have registered a case in this regard.
