Mangaluru: A 75-year-old man was found hanging at his residence during the early hours of January 27.

The deceased has been identified as Ishwar Poojary, a resident of Boloor.

According to reports, Ishwar and his son, Umesh Poojary (47) were habitual drinkers and would have frequent quarrels. On Friday night too, the father-son duo had quarrelled before retiring to sleep. However, Ishwar resorted to the extreme step and was found dead by family members in the morning.

A case stands registered at Barke Police Station.
