Manipal: A fatal accident occurred near Royal Embassy Apartments in Manipal, resulting in the death of a young woman and injuries to three others in a collision between a bike and a scooter.
The victim, identified as 19-year-old Sushmitha, lost her life in the incident. The injured individuals, identified as Rahul, the motorcyclist, along with Anuj and Adarsh, were involved in a collision. The motorcycle was traveling from Coin Circle on Manipal Deputy Commissioner’s Office Road towards Syndicate Circle when it collided with a scooter approaching from the same direction.

Four riders sustained injuries as they fell on the road. Unfortunately, Sushmita, who was severely injured, succumbed on the way to Manipal Hospital. A case has been filed at the Manipal police station concerning this incident.
