Mulky: An express bus rammed into a service bus which was stopped to let passengers to alight at Bus station here at Haleyangadi on August 26.The accident took place at 9am.

Reshma express which was heading towards karkala from Mangalore rammed a service bus which was on the way from Udupi from Mangalore and which stopped at Haleyangadi bus stop to let passengers to alight. The Express bus rammed the service bus from behind.

The express bus driver got confused and applied brake when a speeding car came from the opposite direction.

No one was injured in the collision.

Even after one hour, police did not come to the spot so it caused a traffic jam for some time on NH 66 as the road was not cleared.
