Mangalore: An argument among a set of people turned into a fight and two people were injured  near Volajjal Padavu Mosque here on Sunday October 5,

It is learnt that a duo named Abdul Rehman (48) and V Abbas (45) along with other supporters were collecting money for flood-affected people in Jammu and Kashmir, when Rafique, Pathonji Ismail and their associates criticized and objected to the fund collection.

The argument soon turned into a fight and the situation became chaotic, as Rehman and Abbas were badly injured in the incident.

The victims were admitted to Highland Hospital at Kankanady. A case of attempt to murder has been registered in Mangalore rural police station.
