Dubai based Bussinessman’s murderers get double lifeterm

Kasargod: Seven persons who killed Dubai-based businessman at his house in Trikaripur on August 4 have been given double lifeterm. The court also asked them to pay one lac rupees as fine.

One of the accused has been acquitted. The court sentenced these culprits who were found guilty in the murder case.

K P Amir (24) from Malappuram Chengarakula, M K Jaseer (21), from Malappuram Alangod, C K Muhammed Naushad (36) a resident of Nileshwar Anechchal, a relative of Salam Haji, Asgar (30) from Thrissur, his brother, O M Shihab (32), Muhammed Rameez (27) a resident of Nileshwar Kotappura, C Nimith (42), a resident of Kannur Yedachovva are the culprits.

M Muhasi (23) from Nileshwar Kallayi, another accused has been exonerated.

A B Abdul Salam (58) who is a businessman in Dubai was killed on sunday August 4 midnight by six persons who came with masks to his house. They hit him on the head with a chair and killed him. They looted the house completely and also the mobile phones in the house.

Though there were CCTVs in the house, the attackers robbed them and took away the recording too. The gates of the house are remote-controlled, but were out of order.

Salem had come to his native on account of Ramadan.
