Mangalore: The DK District Committee of the Karnataka Dalita Sangharsha Samithi (Ambedkar  Vaadi) staged a protest in front of the Deputy Commissioner’s office here on Thursday July 10 in support of several of its demands.

The protestors demanded title deeds under Akrama-Sakrama scheme to  poor families residing in government lands in city and rural areas and also to provide basic facilities to them.

Several leaders as well as members of the Dalita Sangharsha Samithi participated in the protest.
