Dr. Veerendra Heggade provides 100 Oxygen concentrators through SKDRDP

Mangaluru: Keeping in mind the medical equipment required during the Covid situation, Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari Dr. Veerendra Heggade has made available 100 Oxygen concentrators through Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP).

In all concentrators have been purchased and are being sent to hospitals where it is needed, said Dr. L. H. Manjunath, Executive Director of the project.
Among these 40 Oxygen Concentrators are made available to patients who are in home isolation in Bengaluru. In order to provide oxygen concentrators for needy patients, a concentrator bank has been launched at the Planning Office in Bengaluru. In addition, keeping in mind the Covid situation in North Karnataka, KIMS Hospital, Hubballi, District Hospital of Chitradurga and SDM Hospital of Dharwad together will be freely and immediately installed with 10 Oxygen Hiflow Machines, informed Manjunath.

In addition to provide adequate ventilator facility for severely affected patients, ventilators are also being purchased to provide it for free to selected hospitals, he stated in a press release.
