Bantwal: District police superintendent Bhushan Borase on Friday visited B C Road and had a look at the traffic woes in the area.
Speaking to reporters, Borase said, “I have come across serious traffic jams in B C Road. As a temporary action, more staff will be assigned to monitor traffic in the area. All traffic related problems in BC Road service road, Kaikamba and Panemangaluru will be solved at the earliest.”

With the support of the highway authority, local municipal council and representative, we will find a permanent solution to solve the traffic woes, he said.

SP was accompanied by municipal council president Ramakrishna Alva, officials Sudhakara Bhat, Bantwal circle inspector B K Manjayya and Town police station officer Nandakumar.
