Mangaluru: The people of Mulki Pavanje village in the middle of a premature cyclone hit by Corona are in distress due to heavy rains and seas. In addition this, there is a situation of lack of drinking water. The wells are now filled with sea salt from the neighbourhood.

When locals brought this to the notice of former minister Abhayachandra Jain and district Congress leader Mithun Rai, youth Congress leader Rai has made arrangements to distribute 20 liters of water to every household in over 85 households without water to drink in that environment.

Both the leaders also immediately rushed to the spot and looked into the situation.
