Digvijaya Mahotsava of Samyamindra Thirtha Swamiji held ceremoniously

Mangaluru: The Digvijaya Mahotsava of Shrimath Samyamindra Thirtha Swamiji, the pontiff of the Sri Kashimath commenced on February 13 at Sri Venkatramana Temple, Carstreet, and continued grandly up to the temple at Carstreet along the way of Mahamaya temple Road, Dongarakeri, New Chitra Circle. The Digwijaya path was decorated with flora and illuminated with electric lights. Chanting of Veda, Bhajan from Mahila Mandali and traditional Kerala drums were part of the procession.

Before the start of the Digwijaya Mahotsava, the seer first paid a visit to Samsthan deity Sri Vyasa Raghupathi Narasimha temple. Further, the seer was honoured by being presented a garland by the trustees of Venkaramana Temple, GSB temple Okkoota, Bhajan Mandali, Office bearers of Kashimath and the general public.
