Udupi: In association with Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala Gramabhivruddhi Yojna Bisi Trust Sujnagan Nidhi Shishyavetana Manjurathi letter award program was held today at Pragati Soudha near Amabalpadi .
Udupi MLA Yashpal Suvarna inaugurated the program. After speaking, he said that Dharmasthala Gramabhivriddhi Yojana has become a role model for the society by doing wonderful things which the government could not do.
On this occasion, 110 students of Udupi taluk were sanctioned Sujnana Nidhi in the current year and the MLA distributed the sanction letter to the students.Shamita P Shetty, president of the Central Union, presided.Udupi District District Director Shivaraya Prabhu, Udupi Taluk Field Education Officer Ashok Kamath, Udupi Taluk Public Awareness Forum President Satyanand Naik, District Public Awareness Forum District Committee Member Shivakumar were the chief guests.
Udupi Taluk Planning Officer Rama M spoke in introduction. Ambalapadi supervisor Prema narrated the program. Nittor Seva Representative Geeta Palan gave the vote of thanks. Administrative Project Officer for Coastal Region Purandara, Office Inspection Project Officer Amar Prasad, Knowledge Development Coordinator Kavitha, Observer Saraswati were present.
