CREDAI Mangalore to host Realty Expo from Sep 28 to 29

Mangalore:A two-day realty exhibition will be held at TMA Pai hall from Saturday September 28 to Sunday September 29, with special rates for apartments offered on sale, said CREDAI president Pushparaj Rai.

Addressing media persons during a press meet held at Hotel Deepa Comforts here on Wednesday September 25, Pushparaj said that the premier builders across Dakshina Kannada district will set-up their stalls at the realty expo of two-day, besides leading banks, specialized in housing finance will also put up their stalls at the venue to provide the loan facility, said Pushparaj.

The CREDAI realty expo 2013 will be inaugurated by Karnataka forest and district in-charge minister B Ramanath Rai at 9.30 am on Saturday September 28.

The state urban development and Udupi district-in-charge minister Vinay Kumar Sorake will be present on the occasion.

The state health U T Khadar, fisheries minister Abhaychandra Jain, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, MLA J R Lobo, MLA Moideen Bava, SCDCC Bank chairman M N Rajendra Kumar, MLC Capt Ganesh Karnik and MLC Monappa Bhandary will be the chief guests.

Pushparaj further said that approximately 250 apartments were sold during Realty Expo – 2012 and this year they are expecting more sales. CREDAI has also made arrangements to give wide publicity to the Expo to attract maximum crowds. The customers will have a chance to win Hyundai i10 car as first prize, Honda Activa as II prize and 32 inch TV as III prize for spot booking of apartments. The public are urged to visit the exhibition to own apartments and avail benefits, said Pushparaj.

CREDAI is very keen to provide the common-man affordable houses under the theme HOME FOR ALL with green housing concept, added Pushparaj.

Realty Expo chairman K C Naik, CREDAI treasurer Vinod Pinto, honorary secretary Ganesh Bangera, Committee member S M Arshad and others were present on the occasion.

CREDAI’s code of conduct is adopted proactively by all its members and promotes ethical practices. Code of conduct is a document of principles that binds all CREDAI members. It is the most important founding stone of the association and has been included in the proposed Real Estate Regulatory Act. This document lists the guidelines and a mandatory set of laws that all members have to implement and abide by.

The aim of this code of conduct for developers, promoters and builders is to maintain the honour and dignity of developers, promoters and builders in general, to secure the spirit of friendly co-operation between the developers, promoters and builders and their customers for the promotion of highest standard of promotion, development and building activities and to establish transparency, and fair dealing between the developers, promoters and builders with their customers; and to establish a spirit of brotherhood within the associations of developers, promoters and builders to try and ensure that developers, promoters and builders discharge their responsibilities to the community in general.

The second Karnataka state CREDAI convention – STATECON 2012 held on August 25, 26, 2012 at the TMA Pai Convention hall in Mangalore was a successful event organized by CREDAI-Mangalore.
