Mangaluru: A total of 14 persons in the Dakshina Kannada district tested positive for Covid-19 on Saturday, May 30.

With this, the total number of Covid-19 cases in the district has risen to 119.

According to sources, 13 of the 14 persons who tested positive for Covid-19 today, are Mumbai returnees and one person, a 17-year-old boy from Pilar in the Someshwar village contracted the coronavirus infection from a secondary contact.

Their throat swabs were sent for testing two days ago and came back positive today.
