Mangaluru: As many as 12 people were discharged from the Wenlock hospital after recovering from Covid-19 on Friday, June 5.

With this, a total of 88 persons have been discharged after recovering from Covid-19 in the Dakshina Kannada district. The district has a total of 151 confirmed cases.

Among the 12 who were discharged today, eight are men and four are women. As many as six people have succumbed to the disease in the DK district so far, and one person died of non-COVID reasons. There are now 56 active cases in the district.
