Bantwal: Two cousins were killed in a road mishap after a car rammed into their two-wheeler at Alike in Vittal on Sunday, March 6.

The deceased have been identified as Umesh Naik (36) and Vasanth Naik (47), residents of Adkasthala.

The bike on which the two cousins were travelling was hit by a speeding Swift car on wrong side, due to which the two died on the spot.

The driver of the car has been taken into custody.

Vittal police have registered a case.
