Belthangady: Punjalakatte Sub-inspector Soumya, J., on Tuesday, June 2 tracing illicit liquor stock, raided the home of a person called Bhoja, a resident of Gardaadi village of Belthangadi taluk.

The police have seized the 58.68-litre liquor worth Rs. 42,356 and 82.53-litre beer and Cash of Rs 14,125.

The accused has escaped. The case has been registered in the police station.
