Cops pull down PFI anniversary buntings, flag; Slam case against organisers

Ullal: The police plunged into action and pulled down buntings, banners, flags and welcome arch put up by the Popular Front of India for their programme in Ullal to be held on February 17.The publicity materials put up at Ullal, Thokkottu, Kallapu were removed by the police and a case was booked against the organisers in this regard.

The police said that the PFI has not sought permission from the district administration for their anniversary celebration, which also includes a Unity March.
