Mangaluru: In a shocking video which has gone viral on the social media, a traffic cop is seen abusing a youth and repeatedly slapping him.

According to eye witnesses, the incident took place near Car Street here in the city, a few days ago during a goddess Sharadha Visarjan procession. There was complete chaos during the procession as huge number of people had gathered. The traffic cop who was on the spot was allegedly not doing his duty. Irked by the traffic cop’s irresponsible behavior, the youth asked the cop to perform his duty.

The angry cop then abused the youth using filthy language and also slapped him.
