Mangaluru: Raids were conducted by Police commissioner N Shashi Kumar along with deputy commissioner of police Hariram Shankar at commercial establishments in the city limits and fines were imposed on violators of Covid guidelines.

The raids were conducted near Hampankatta, Milagres and central market.

Earlier, Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) officials undertook a raid at central market and ordered shops to be shut.
