There are ample of reason for these road accidents, such as speed limit, bad roads conditions, irregular infrastructure, poor management or mere negligence. Though this is not a one way tragedy but the root is at both the ends, while the officials blame it on individuals, they in turn blame it on officials.

If we elaborate these ongoing road accidents, a road death is not limited to a human loss but moreover it saturates developmental resources of our country. Although global health issue is being taken under consideration but the most severely affected road and traffic conditions that have been turmoil for the human life has been completely ignored.

Road fatalities are a global challenge and a serious issue. Approximately a source reported there is one victim every six seconds stroked by these road accidents globally; and there are around 5 to 6 cases a day alone in the city.

Each traffic death leads to profound human sorrow, but it is taken very lightly and is mulled over as a natural death.

A tragic incident occurred as a Ritz car collides, near AJ hospital and another truck accident was witnessed at Shiroor on Friday November 22. It is learnt that both the accidents happened, as the vehicles were at a high speed limit.

So what are the factors under which such accidents have become so regular, those are as follows:

Economics

Is economics the only concern when it comes to road management or are they just a part of these tragedies. Capital and transportation are just one part of the solution in the fight against traffic deaths. An ethnicity research is needed to show that mobility is more than the sum of vehicles, street-kilometers, driver’s licenses and safety instruments. It is the set of rules and norms that has to be inclined within the society.

Globalization

The globalization impact on society replicates in altering national mobility structures. With new ways to travel on the same roads it becomes at times intricate at times thus creating negative development.

Change in trends

You need education and a change in mindset in the entire society if you want people to refrain from drunk driving, to refuse speeding, to drive defensively and to respect other traffic participants. Strict rules and innovative systems only can rescue this menace in the society.
