Mangaluru: Former Minister B Ramanath Rai said that it will not be a surprise if the BJP will soon change the memorials in the name of Babasaheb B. R. Ambedkar as they are already bad-mouthing the other national leaders and belittling their contributions to nation. 

He was speaking to media persons on Monday August 16 at the Congress Office in Mallikatte here in the City. BJP leader MLA C.T. Ravi has already spoken Ill about leaders who have fought for our freedom. He has disrespected entire Gandhi clan and is trying to paint Nathuram Ghodse as a patriot, he alleged. 

Rai alleged that the Kabaka incident showed the inefficiency of both State Government and District Administration. Both the parties were equally responsible for the incident and it was the responsibility of the District Administration that measures should have been taken to avert any such untoward incidents, he observed.
