Bantwal: “The government has given approval for the construction of BC Road-Hassan lane and soon a survey will be held for the same”, said MLA Nalin Kumar Kateel.

He visited Brahmarakootlu, Vogga, Punjalakatte, Pilathabettu, Kavalapadoor, Kavalamudoor village in Bantwal and listened to the petitions of the public recently, with regards to the same.

Adding to the details he said that the first phase of the road construction will commence by December. Concretization and widening of BC Road service road will also commence soon, he added.

He also assured that public will not be affected by these road construction works.

Agriculturist Rajesh Nayak Ulippady Gutthu, ex MLA Padnabha Kottary, Taluk BJP president G Ananda, party leaders Sulochana G K Bhat, Ramdas Bantwal, Dinesh Amtoor, Tungappa Bangera, Purusha Salian, Anand Kulal, Shashidhar Tailor and others were present.
