Bantwal youth provide ‘relief kits’ to flood victims

Mangaluru: The youth of Bantwal (under the leadership of Arla Govind Prabhu) distributed ‘relief kits’ to flood victims in a programme organised at the Shri Tirumala Venkataramana Swamy Kalyan Mantap, Bantwal on August 21.

Bantwal’s youngsters took up the initiative to provide relief materials to the flood-affected families in the region. Each kit comprised over 23 essential items and were distributed to nearly 50 families.

Tirumala Venkataramana Swamy Temple trustees B Purushotham Shenoy, Arla Govind Prabhu, and P Praveen Kini took part in the distribution ceremony.

Narasimha Shenoy M, Ramesh Shenoy, Sadashiv Prabhu, Aravind Nayak, Bhamy Chidanand Shenoy, T Jithendra Shenoy, Pramod Bhat, and Arjun Bhandarkar were present at the event.
