Moodbidri: The accused in the case of attempt to molest a married woman in 2004 near Kana Beluvaihas, who was absconding, has been arrested here on September 12.

The operation was carried under Moodbidri circle inspector Anantha Padmanabha. Crime police constables Shankara Nayari, Aithappa, Santhosh, Ramanna, Ashith Kumar were part of the the operation to nab the accused.

The accused was produced in the court and has been sent to judicial custody for 15 days.
