Mangaluru: An Air India Express flight from Mangalore International Airport (MIA), bound for Dammam made an emergency landing at Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL) on Wednesday evening following an instance of suspected fire.

The flight landed CIAL at 7:20 pm. A spokesperson from CIAL said that the flight, which had left the MIA, took a diversion of route and made an emergency landing at CIAL owing to suspected fire.
