In Madikeri, two individuals sustained minor injuries after a private bus en route from Bengaluru to Sullia in Dakshina Kannada overturned near Jodupala during the early hours of Monday.
The incident resulted in disruption of traffic along the stretch, leaving vehicles stranded on both sides of the road. Madikeri rural police promptly responded, facilitating the movement of vehicles on one side of the road.
The bus, carrying 17 passengers, witnessed the accident. The injured individuals were swiftly transported to the hospital for treatment, as confirmed by the police.
